Religious Golfing Competition

The Pope and Cardinals wanted to challenge the local Synagogue to a golf match. They figured they needed a really good golfer to help them. So, they asked Jack Nicklaus to play and the Pope made him an honorary Cardinal for the event. The match was played and Nicklaus returned to report to the Pope. He told the Pope that he had played one of his best rounds ever. He said he struck the ball well putted very well and could hardly have done better.

The Pope was thrilled and said, "So. I guess we won the match?"

"No," Nicklaus replied, "Rabbi Woods beat me by 2 strokes!"
