The American Bar Association was holding its Annual Convention at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco when a group of terrorists burst into the conference room. Several hundred lawyers were taken as hostages.
Unless their demands were met, the terrorist leader announced, they would release one lawyer every hour.
